Ultrasound Fat Cavitation
Ultrasound Fat Cavitation is a fat reduction treatment that uses sound waves to target and break down fat cells which are then naturally drained through your lymphatic system.
This treatment is for anyone wanting to remove unwanted fat and can be used on virtually any area of your body where you’re carrying extra weight.
Common treatment spots include the abdomen, love handles and thighs, but can also treat areas such as arms, buttocks, “banana roll”, hips and bra bulge. If you can pinch it, we can treat it (just not the face).

Whilst you may notice a difference from one session, multiple sessions are recommended to see the full effect of the treatment. For optimal results, we recommend between 4 to 12 Fat Cavitation sessions.
The number of sessions required will vary for each person. There are a number of factors that contribute to the number of sessions each individual may need. This can depend on the area being treated, your lifestyle, how well you follow aftercare, health factors and your end goal.
Either way, a plan can be discussed to suit your needs and examples of what other clients have achieved can be shown as a guide.

Depending on the area being treated, Fat Cavitation in one area may last between 15 and 40 minutes.
72 hours is required between each session to give your body time to dispose of the broken-down fat.

Before care
- Please ensure that you are well hydrated in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment.
After care
- 72 hours following your treatment drink 2 - 3 liters of water a day
- Do at least 20 minutes of elevated heart rate exercise
- Avoid wine, refined carbs and refined sugars. Eating a balanced diet is recommended.
- Massage/dry brush the treated area to encourage lymphatic drainage.

EMS
EMS (Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulator) uses revolutionary technology to burn fat and build muscle. EMS utilises the power of magnetic waves, causing your muscles to contract at an intensity equivalent to over 5 hours of exercise in just 30 minutes.
A single EMS session causes 20,000 powerful muscle contractions to the treated area. During this treatment, you could experience an approximate 19% fat loss and a 16% increase in muscle.
Common treatment spots for EMS include the abdomen and buttocks (noninvasive BBL), however can also be treated on legs and arms.

For optimal results we recommend a course of 4 - 8 treatments.
A maintenance session every 3 months is recommended, with results peaking 4 weeks from completing a course of treatments.

We recommend appointments are spaced 72 hours apart, or once a week for 6 - 8 weeks.

RF Skin Tightening
Radio Frequency Skin Tightening creates heat energy in the dermis and subcutaneous layers. This treatment will firm & tighten the skin, stimulate collagen & elastin, reduce fine lines & wrinkles, improve the skin’s texture & tone and reduce signs of cellulite.
It can be used to treat a variety of areas including the abdomen, thighs, arms, buttocks, jawline, face and neck.

For best results we recommend a course of 9 - 12 treatments.
Results can continue to appear for up to 6 months, peaking around 9 weeks.

Depending on the area being treated, your RF Skin tightening treatment may last between 15 and 40 minutes.
7 - 14 days is required between each session.

Before Care
- Please ensure that you are well hydrated in the 24 hours leading up to your appointment.
- Do not wear any make-up, lotions, or creams on the treatment area on the day of treatment.
- Avoid excess sun exposure for a week prior to treatment.
- Avoid IPL laser, facial peels and microdermabrasion 2 weeks before treatment.
- Avoid any active skin care products including vitamin A,C, AHA's, BHA's 3 days before treatment.
- Please do not proceed with your appointment if you have any open sores, acne, infection or skin sensitivity in the area being treated.
-We recommend not taking any of the following medications or exfoliating agents for 7 days prior or after your treatment such as:
Retionol, Renova, Differin, Tazorac, Ziana, Veltin, Atralin, glycolic acids.- If you have dermal implants or metal implants including chin implants, we cannot treat the area as the area will become hot and painful.
After Care
- 24 hours following your treatment drink 2 - 3 liters of water a day
- Do not undergo laser treatments, chemical peels, waxing, the use of depilatories, or microdermabrasion for 2 weeks following your treatment.
- Gently wash your face and continue with your usual skincare routine (if treated on face). Do not aggressively rub treated area to avoid irritation.
- Avoid sun exposure.
- You may experience possible redness, tenderness, slight irritation and warmth to the treated area.
